What is
Coaching?

Coaching addresses a variety of issues that we all struggle with at different times in our lives, including short- and long-term goal setting, life balance, motivation, health and wellness, spiritual growth, work-life balance and so much more. There are so many great benefits from a coaching relationship. Some of them include gaining clarity on purpose and goals, accountability, increased confidence, encouragement and empowerment to live out your dreams, work at limiting distractions and energy zappers and more. Our focus is to help you reset to get back on track and head into the direction so that you can get to where you want to be.

All our sessions are done virtually so you can schedule them at the most convenient time that works for you and can be done from the comfort of your home, or wherever you need to be. Sessions are done via zoom, and can be done on a computer, tablet or any mobile device.

 

As a reminder, coaching is not therapy. Coaching assists in identifying life goals, offering guidance, insight, and accountability along the way. Coaches work with you to develop a plan to help you attain your set goals. Coaching focuses on strategies and tools to help you work through your struggles and encourage you to make changes  to get you where you want to be. Personal Development Coaching

For the better part of three decades, I’ve walked with hundreds of different people through the most exciting and difficult times in their lives. During that time, I’ve found that all people have several things in common. We each have similar desires, hopes, fears and dreams. What is different is our experiences, our relationships with others and whether we’ve had more positive or negative experiences in our lives.
 
Some of our core interactions with love, hope, joy and peace and their intersection with acceptance, spirituality, health, healing and forgiveness are critical in our ability to find happiness in life. Yoga for Ordinary People

Yoga classes are 60 minute virtual sessions taught in Vinyasa Style and are designed for those who want to learn the basics of yoga including the importance of the mind, body, breath connection to improve overall health and wellbeing. Yoga practiced over time can increase strength, flexibility and mindfulness helping you not just on the mat but taking these lessons out into your daily life.

Fun-tentional Summer Sabbath Guide
